Fix stupid I3 stuff in general. We've been disconnected for an incredibly long time now. Not that this is a terribly bad thing given the caliber of people who tend to frequent intermud, but it is still a game feature that we need to have for the lib's sake.

And it's kind of cool being able to type 'finger allaryin@discworld' and actually get something back :P

Ok, as long as I am having big dreams about making the mud talk to the rest of the world, I may as well put out the idea that just occurred to me while talking to Malap about IRC...
