wc is weapon class?
yep, zaecus, 2005-12-23 03:51:11
and what it used to mean and what it now means are two different things.
Now, WC is roughly equivalent to 'damage dice'. So while a WC 10 weapon could do a tremendous amount of damage, there's no guaramtee that it's 'dice roll' will deal any greater damage than is possible for a WC 2 weapon.
As it was explained to me 'cause I was wondering why the combat spells seemed to be a bit knackered.
