sayhist doesn't include souls like chathist

Is this a bug?
I would have to have all souls fire off to the logging facility for this to work... do we want that?
My implementation of sayhist was kind of meant to display conversations as compactly as possible. It never occurred to me that someone might have expected souls to be included since they're, well, not says and all.
The reasons for logging souls on the chat line are 1) because it is text sent over the chat line (what with the soul catching and all), and 2) because it's easier than filtering them out.

Not a bug?, silimar, 2007-06-18 12:55:17
I don't think this is a bug, since souls performed in room are just that, performed in room. The hist lists keep track of discussion over the channels and as such, only things that go over those wavelengths should be logged. I propose closing the thread?

hmm, sora, 2007-06-18 15:19:44
could we have a soulhist then?
Seconded, zaecus, 2007-07-06 11:32:17
Or a sayhist that includes souls. Looking through sayhist to find someone's answer to a question only to find they must have answered with 'nod' or 'shake' can be frustrating and unhelpful.
